Streaming services, app trials, cloud storage, delivery memberships and software tools often renew automatically. None of them may be a problem alone, but together they can become a meaningful monthly expense.
Use one recent statement
Choose one checking or card statement and highlight every recurring charge. Do not judge the spending yet. First, simply identify it.
Sort into three groups
Keep, cancel or review later. The “review later” category is useful because it avoids turning the audit into an all-or-nothing decision.
